Families across Texas and California trust NTX Estate Law for clear guidance, transparent pricing, and estate plans that actually work when needed.
Many families delay creating a trust because they assume the process will be confusing, time-consuming, or overly salesy. Common concerns that clients have include:
They assume creating a trust requires multiple law office visits.
They worry about choosing the wrong type of plan for their family.
They don't know which attorney to trust to help guide them.
They've heard too much conflicting advice online.
They assume planning is more complicated than it needs to be.
If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. The good news? There's a better way.
In under 5 Minutes, Michael Jenkins explains how our firm helps families create trust-based estate plans with attorney guidance, transparent pricing, and a modern process.
Many families assume they have to “pick” one estate planning tool. In reality, wills, beneficiary designations, and trusts often work together. The right structure depends on your goals, assets, and family dynamics.
For many families who want probate avoidance, incapacity planning, and more control over how assets pass, a trust-based plan makes the most sense.
Talk directly with an estate planning attorney about your family, goals, and concerns. No pressure. No gimmicks.
We design a personalized trust-based estate plan built around your wishes, your assets, and your family dynamics.
We walk you through your drafts clearly, answer questions, and guide execution either in-home or in-office.
We help make sure your plan is not just signed, but properly put in place; including trust funding guidance where needed.

Yes. Most clients come in unsure. Our role is to explain your options clearly and recommend the level of planning that actually fits your situation - not sell you something you don’t need.
Most families invest between $3,500 and $5,000 for a comprehensive trust-based estate plan, depending on complexity and overall goals.
During your Discovery Call, we’ll explain the available planning options and make a clear recommendation so you know exactly what to expect before making any decision.
Our firm offers flat, transparent pricing — no surprise billing, ever.
Many families unfortunately discover too late that their trust was never properly funded or designed. When that happens, assets can still end up in probate, or worse yet property actually ends up with people you didn't intend.
Our process focuses not just on creating the trust documents, but helping ensure the plan is properly designed and implemented so it actually works when your family needs it.
Yes. Our firm has perfected a modern virtual estate planning process that allows families to complete the entire planning process from the comfort of their home.
You’ll meet directly with your attorney via secure video meetings, receive a fully guided video explaining your plan and how it works, and then we coordinate document signing through either:
• a mobile notary who comes to you, or
• an in-person signing at our Keller office
This approach provides convenience without sacrificing personalized legal guidance. And remember, you're always welcome to come on into our Keller office as well if you decide in-person works better for you!
Most families complete their trust-based estate plan within 4-6 weeks from the initial Discovery Call. This leaves plenty of time for review, revision, and question answering before signing final versions. The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of your plan and how quickly we receive necessary information, but our goal is always to make the process efficient and stress-free.
If you have a short window to plan, we can expedite your plan as well and complete in as little as 1-2 weeks in most cases - just let us know up front.
Your Discovery Call is a no-pressure conversation with an estate planning attorney.
During the call we will:
• learn about your family and goals
• discuss your current assets and concerns
• explain available estate planning options
• recommend the planning approach that best fits your situation
Even if you decide not to move forward with our firm, you’ll leave the conversation with clear insight about the right path for your family.
No. While our primary office is located in Keller, we work with families throughout North Texas.
Many of our clients choose to complete the planning process virtually for convenience, which allows us to serve families across the entire region.
The first step is scheduling a Discovery Call.
This meeting allows us to understand your goals and determine the right estate planning approach for your family.
No pressure. No obligation. No gimmicky sales - ever.
This is likely a good fit if:
You want guidance from an actual estate planning attorney.
You want a plan designed around your family and assets.
You value convenience, clarity, and transparent pricing.
You want to avoid probate and create a plan that actually works.
This may not be the right fit if:
You are only looking for the cheapest online documents possible.
You want a DIY template without attorney guidance.
You want a one-size-fits-all estate plan with no customization.
You don't want real attorney insight when designing a plan.
No Cost. No Pressure. No Obligations. Just real answers from an expert estate planning attorney.
This is not a high-pressure sales call. Even if we never work together, you’ll walk away with real clarity about your estate planning options and what steps make sense for your family.
